O -- OPENNESS WITH BIRTHFAMILIES

We love our open relationship with Maddie's birthfamily and we are definitely willing to consider an open relationship with our next adoption. We have loved sharing emails and phone calls and LOVED having them visit us this summer. It was so amazing to see Maddie's birthfather play with her and make her laugh! We will cherish those memories forever.

Mike and his family are so amazing. Without even being asked by us they have loved Bryson just like they love Maddie. They want to know about Maddie AND Bryson when they call and Grandma Vicki always sends something for him when she sends packages for Maddie. We cherish this wonderful family and hope to build more memories with them through out the years.
